As an organization admin, you can enable reordering for your online store users. The reordering functionality allows customers to order items again from their completed past orders.
This function is only available after version 2.06.04 and for the users to be able to view ‘Order Again’ on their past orders, the web and native apps should be updated.
To enable this function;
Log in to your Moduurn admin account at http://admin.moduurn.com
Step 1: Select Configurations > Other
Step 2: On the Other tab, scroll down and click on Enable Reordering. Click on Save.
Once this function has been enabled, users will be able to view the Order Again button in their past orders.
On the order manager, these orders are to be treated as other usual orders.
Step 1: On the app, the user must be logged in to their profile in order to view their order history. Choose the location and delivery time for the order.
Step 2: Go to Orders > Past.
Note: Order Again button will only be available on orders that were previously placed at the current chosen location. The button will not be present on other past orders.
Step 3: The user will be directed to Review & Pay after clicking Order Again.
From this point, the ordering process is the same as any other order.
Customers can add/edit/delete items on the Review & Pay page
To add a new item, click on Back on the Review & Pay page. The user will go back to the Menu page where more items can be added to the cart and then proceed to checkout.
Items can be edited to change modifiers, portions, and quantity at the Review & Pay page.
If Portion is changed, all the preselected modifiers are cleared.
If Portion is not changed, other modifiers can be edited individually or multiple at once.
Order delivery time (for ASAP & Future) will not affect reordering. Users can choose a future order delivery time for a previously ASAP order.
If an item has been changed eg. (deleting a modifier, portion deleted), the customer will not be able to reorder the item previously ordered. Once the customer has ordered the item with the new configurations they can continue to reorder as normal.
