Log in to your Moduurn Back Office (MBO) www.admin.moduurn.com.
STEP 1: Click on Locations.
STEP 2: Click on Manage beside the one you want to modify.
STEP 3: Click on Order Management.
STEP 4: Scroll down the page to the section in the image below. Click on +Add to enter the Preset Text, Reason for Rejection, and Reason for Refunding. Then click on Save.
A) Use the Pre-set text while sending messages to a customer:
- Open the Moduurn Order Manager App on your iPad and click on .
- Select the Pre-set message and click Send.
B) Use the Pre-set text to cancel or refund an order.
- Open the Moduurn Order manager App on your iPad and click on the yellow box, then click Cancel Order or Refund Order.
- Select the Pre-set message and Click Cancel Order or Refund Order.
