Menu items need to be added in both UPOS and MBO in order to communicate properly.
In UniversalPOS :
Log in to your UPOS to create a new item and SKU/ProdID (e.g. French fries = 502- the yellow circle).
Note: Moduurn does not have access to your POS account. Please, contact your POS rep for any credentials and assistance in adding/editing menu items.
In Moduurn Back Office (MBO)
Log in to your MBO www.admin.moduurn.com.
STEP 1: Click on Menus and select the one you wish to edit.
Note: If you have more than one menu and want to check what is active, click on Locations then Manage. Look into Menus and you will see what menu name is active.
STEP 2: Select the Category under which you wish to add the item (e.g., APPETIZERS).
STEP 3: Once in the category, select Create New______ (e.g., Create New Appetizers).
STEP 4: Enter all information. (Description is optional)
STEP 5: Scroll down, enter the External ID / SKU from UPOS. To complete, click Save
