- Only Organization Admins can set up taxes for use on the menu(s).
- Location managers cannot modify taxes details.
Log in to your Moduurn Back Office (MBO) www.admin.moduurn.com.
Adding tax option, Applying to items and Removing from items.
STEP 1: Click on Configurations
STEP 2: Click on Taxes & Levies
STEP 3: Enter details in: Tax/Levy, the Abbreviation and Tax Amount” ($ or %) and click on Add Tax.
STEP 4: Click on Menus and select the one you'd like to Edit
STEP 5: Select and edit the food item that requires taxes to be active. Click on the Tax button so it is highlighted in maroon when activated.
Note: To remove taxes, just deselect the tax options so they appear as a white button.
STEP 6: Click Save to complete or Next Item to continue activating taxes with other menu items.
Delete Tax options
There are two steps required to fully Delete the tax option(s) so they are no longer available for any menu item.
- Deselect tax from ALL food items first.
- Then click on the Delete icon beside the applicable tax(es) under configuration.
