Log in to your Moduurn Back Office (MBO) www.admin.moduurn.com
If you are an Organization Admin, you need to click on Locations and click on Manage to access that location dashboard.
If you are a Store Manager user, you will see the location dashboard when you log in to MBO.
STEP 1: Click on Order Management.
STEP 2: Set up an approximate Preparation Time range. This can be modified on iPad as well for an immediate display to customers. For example: in this case, we set 25 to 35 min.
What customers will see is;
STEP 3: Options to enable incoming ASAP Order and Future Order.
Note: For the Future order function, please check the User Guide Provide Future Order option to your customers.
STEP 4: Select the Ringtone Type – ring once or continuous is recommended.
STEP 5: Select Payment Modes;
To offer 'Pay with Credit Card', the restaurant needs to apply for a Bambora Credit Card payment account.
To offer 'Pay e -Transfer', the restaurant needs to apply for a Bambora e-Transfer payment account.
Note: Please contact the Moduurn Support team if you would like to enable new payment Modes.
STEP 6: Add Tips – only available when customers pay online with a credit card.
Click + Add value to add a new tip.
Select Default to set a default tip.
Note: Your customers can choose to add tips by percentage or dollar amount.
STEP 7: Order Manager Completion Times
Your staff can select an accurate time to reply SMS to your customer based on life circumstances. ( using iPad)
STEP 8: Secondary Manager SMS Alert – enter a mobile number for a text reminder if any orders are not accepted within the designated time. This prevents staff from missing any orders on the iPad.
