STEP 1: Click on the order you would like to refund, then click Refund Order.
STEP 2: Enter the Refund Authorization Code, the Refund Amount, and a Reason for refund. Click Send process and an SMS will notify the customer.
STEP 3: You can confirm the transaction was processed by clicking on the order again and viewing the total.
Note: You may review all refunds in your Bambora Dashboard. Please contact your Moduurn or Bambora rep to request login credentials.
