Log in to your Moduurn Back Office (MBO) www.admin.moduurn.com.
STEP 1: Click on Locations.
STEP 2: Click on Manage beside the one you want to modify.
STEP 3: Click on Order Management.
STEP 4: Scroll down the page to the section in the image below. Click on +Add to enter the Preset Text, Reason for Rejection, and Reason for Refunding. Then click on Save.
A) Use the Pre-set text while sending messages to a customer:
Open the Moduurn Order Manager App on your iPad and click on .
Select the Pre-set message and click Send.
B) Use the Pre-set text to cancel or refund an order.
Open the Moduurn Order manager App on your iPad and click on the yellow box, then click Cancel Order or Refund Order.
Select the Pre-set message and Click Cancel Order or Refund Order.
